We have blocked 100 of the Rocky Gap Resort guest rooms for the nights of September 15 and 16. The cut-off date for this block is August 15, 2008.  The lodging rate/night is $70 plus tax for government employees, which is the per diem for the area. The lodging rate/night is $125 plus tax plus $3.00 usage fee for non-government attendees. 

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.  Attendees arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as soon as rooms become available.  Any one wishing special consideration for a late check-out should inquire on the day of his or her scheduled departure.

Method of Reservation:

Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with the resort reservations prior to August 15, 2008.  After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.  All attendees should identify themselves as a member of Federal Laboratory Consortium Mid Atlantic Region’s group and whether or not you are a government employee in order to obtain the Federal Laboratory Consortium Mid Atlantic Region rate.  The resort will accept reservations from attendees after August 15, 2008 only on a space-and rate-available basis.

Guaranteed Reservations:

All reservations will be guaranteed with a major credit card. The resort will not hold any reservation unless secured.  In the event an attendee wishes to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received before three (3) days prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
