Exhibit Tables:
This year, having a dedicated facility exclusively for our
use, we expect to have an
array of opportunities for
displays of exhibit
materials. Purchase table
space and bring your
table-top displays and
brochures. If you have
particular technologies,
partnerships, or
subject-related
products/services to
promote, this is your
opportunity. Because we
have reserved the entire
conference center at
Harbourtowne, we are
convinced that every exhibit
table can be logistically
placed advantageously.
Recognition in the
Conference program book also
will be extended to all
exhibitors. A basic,
covered full table is $200
and a half table is $100.

fee for the meeting of $250
and regular conference fee
of $300 after Sept 28th
includes all meals, breaks
and registration materials.
An extra $40 is required for
those attending the training
session on Monday. If you
have guests who want to join
us for meals, please check
the desired meals on the
registration site and pay
the indicated extra fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Because this event has a
limited capacity, it is
