Terry Lynch
Terry Lynch’s
responsibilities in the Office of Technology
Partnerships at NIST include commercial licensing of
NIST technologies, Cooperative Research and
Development Agreements, and establishing productive
relationships with U.S. industry. Mr. Lynch serves
on the Board of the Federal Laboratory Consortium
for Technology Transfer and represents NIST at the
Interagency Working Group on Technology Transfer and
the ANSI Intellectual Property and Patent
Committees. Prior to joining NIST, he held a variety
of positions in industry in research, engineering,
business development and corporate venture capital.
Current professional memberships include Federal
Laboratory Consortium, Association of University
Technology Managers, American Institute of Chemical
Engineers, and the American Association for the
Advancement of Science. Mr. Lynch holds a B.S. in
Chemical Engineering and a M.B.A. |
